FEATURED PRODUCTS

ECOS-D: FREQUENCY SAVING, ANALOG/DMR SIMULCAST SYSTEM

SELEX ES’s ECOS-D DMR Simulcast network solution guarantees advanced digital PMR/LMR services even in those instances where a minimal number of frequency pairs is available and also with a high number of repeaters. Brochure

Key benefits include:
• Frequency saving
• Wide area radio coverage
• Automatic Dual Mode analogue/DMR: guarantees communications between analogue and digital users to communicate and enables seamless migration
• Intrinsic roaming and hand-over
• Security: supports encryption and network access control
• Fast call set-up time
• Simulcast DMR Conventional and Trunked Channels

ECOS-D A2T: AUTO-ADAPTIVE, ANALOG/DMR SIMULCAST SYSTEM

ECOS-D A2T DMR Simulcast network solution supports multi-technology backbone interconnections between repeaters. A2T technology allows the system to adapt to time-variant backbones to guarantee the highest performance even when terminals are receiving on overlapping RF areas.

RBS can be linked by using E1, 4W+E/M and IP interfaces.
Synchronization references used include: GPS, E1 synchronism extraction, over IP synchronization and external reference. Brochure

110W High-Power version – ideal for multi-channels systems – is available. Brochure

ECOS-D CST: WIDE AREA COVERAGE, ANALOG/DMR SIMULCAST SYSTEM

ECOS-D CST (Coherent Simulcast Technology) DMR networks are interconnected by means of single-channel VHF/UHF lines, integrated within base stations.

Synchronization of all network Radio Base Stations is achieved directly from the VHF/UHF radio carrier. This exclusive and patented feature, together with the bidirectional equalization signal, permits terminals to receive clearly even within overlapped areas.

Combined A2T/CST configuration is also available (Radio connections + 4W+E/M, E1 and IP interfaces). Brochure
